Fadurrr Privacy Policy
Effective October 27, 2026 · Applies to the Fadurrr Android app and fadurrr.app
The short version
Fadurrr runs on your device. Your music stays on your device. The app has no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking built in, and we do not collect personal data through the app.
Your music library
With your permission, the app reads audio files from your device's media library so it can play, mix, and process them (including stem separation). All playback and processing happen locally on the device. Your audio files are never uploaded to us or to any third party.
Model downloads
Stem separation uses machine-learning model files (about 79 MB total) that the app downloads once, over HTTPS, from Hugging Face (huggingface.co) into the app's private storage. Every file is verified against a pinned SHA-256 checksum before it is used. As with any web download, the hosting provider processes the request (for example, your IP address) under its own privacy policy. The app makes no other network requests and sends no usage data anywhere.
The beta website (fadurrr.app)
- Beta signups: if you join the beta list, we store the email address you submit — plus the optional tablet/controller details, if you provide them — solely to send your Google Play testing invite and beta updates. Ask us to remove it at any time.
- Analytics: the site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to count visits, which may set cookies. We use it only to see how many people visit the page.
- Links: the site links to our Discord community; Discord's own policies apply there.
Open-source software
Fadurrr builds on open-source projects (Spleeter, Demucs, ONNX Runtime and others). Their attributions and license texts live on the licenses page.
